Dyllis Hesse is Accenture’s North America client account team leader, responsible for building and growing relationships with, and driving client value and co-innovation for leading companies in the United States and Canada. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and the North America Leadership Team.
Dyllis also serves as Diamond Client Account Lead for one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, where she has distinguished herself helping the company navigate the outsized impact of COVID-19 on the global hospitality industry.
Prior to that, Dyllis served as Diamond Client Account Lead for one of the world’s leading beverage companies, developing and executing large-scale digital transformation projects. Before that she worked with several of Accenture’s major retail and consumer-goods clients in Germany and the United Kingdom.
A 25-year veteran of Accenture, Dyllis, has been instrumental in the rollout of the company’s 360° Value framework across Accenture.
Dyllis is an energizing leader and champion of inclusion and diversity. Recently she led a successful program to achieve 50/50 gender equality in key client account team in India. Fluent in English and German, Dyllis earned a BA in Economics, Politics and North America Studies from Leeds University.
