Power your future

Get involved with our Student Leadership Program (January – end of April 2024), where we’ll help you cultivate your leadership skills and empower you to reach your greatest potential – and carve out your own path to the future.

Our five program tracks offer personalized, immersive experiences, matching you with a buddy and mentor to help you develop soft and professional skills through a series of virtual learning calls. You’ll gain exposure to Accenture, our culture and our commitment to inclusion and diversity, make Truly Human connections with our people, and get an insider’s view of what consulting life is really all about.

Wrap up the experience with a two-day Student Leadership Summit focused on innovative technology, professional development, and networking with Accenture leadership. Plus, walk away with an opportunity to apply for a 2025 Summer Analyst position with Accenture!

Student leadership tracks

Ready to jump in? Choose your track. The top 20 most qualified candidates will be selected for each track. The program kicks off in January and runs through the end of April 2024.

Student Athlete

Ready to unleash your competitive spirit? Maximize your natural potential and learn new skills as you broaden your career aspirations. For freshmen/sophomores currently competing in Collegiate Division I, II, and III sports.

Women in Technology

Grow your leadership skills and learn to play a crucial part in tech, with a focus on shattering perceptions and inspiring women to excel. For freshmen/sophomores with a background in technology.

Pride Leadership Academy

Lead with Pride! Bring your authentic self as you develop skills for a future in consulting. For freshmen/sophomores.

HBCU Excellence

Learn how to bring a human touch to technology and innovation. For freshmen/sophomores at Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

HSI Legacy

Learn about cutting-edge consulting and gain mentorship. For freshmen/sophomores at Hispanic-Serving Institutions.

Preferred qualifications

What education level is required? You must be a current freshman or sophomore currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program.

  • Show involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in a professional setting, academic group, or professional development group 
  • Provide examples of teamwork and collaboration 
  • Show ambassadorship within schools or communities
